Commercial Use Policy
Last updated: June 28, 2025
AllOnClouds AI is built for e-commerce sellers, agencies and brands who need commercial-quality marketing assets fast. Every output you generate through the platform — product ad images, product videos, blog articles, marketing copy, sales plans, SEO keywords, captions and listing content — may be used for commercial purposes such as paid ads, product listings, social media posts, email marketing, website hero sections, printed marketing materials, packaging inserts and short-form video ads, subject to the rules on this page. There are no royalty fees, per-impression charges or additional licenses beyond the AllOnClouds AI credits you paid to run each generation.
You must
- Have the legal right to use the input photo you uploaded — you own it, you took it, or you are licensed to use it.
- Comply with the rules of any platform you publish to (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and so on). Each has specific policies about AI-generated content, product photography and claims. Amazon in particular requires main product images on pure-white backgrounds — use our marketplace preset for that.
- Comply with applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws in the countries you sell to (FTC in the US, ASA in the UK, ACCC in Australia, etc.). If you make a health, financial or income claim, it must be substantiated regardless of how the image was created.
- Ensure the generated output does not deceptively misrepresent the actual product a buyer will receive. Enhancing the scene around your product is fine; changing its shape, colour, size, ingredients or packaging is not.
You may not
- Resell raw AllOnClouds AI outputs as stock assets or on marketplaces (Etsy, Adobe Stock, etc.) without significant transformation.
- Use outputs to impersonate real people, celebrities, or brands you do not have rights to.
- Use outputs in deceptive advertising, financial scams, listings for illegal goods, or content harmful to minors.
- Use outputs to generate content depicting weapons, hate speech, sexually explicit material, or anything violating our Terms of Service.
Trademarks, logos & likenesses
You are responsible for not infringing on third-party trademarks, product designs, characters, and the likenesses of real people in your prompts and uploads. If your prompt mentions a competitor's brand, or if your uploaded photo happens to contain a visible trademark in the background, you must have the right to use those elements. When in doubt, use generic language and clean photos.
Attribution
You do not need to credit AllOnClouds AI in your published content, though we love it when sellers tag @allonclouds.llc in their Instagram before-and-after posts.
