AllOnClouds AI (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the controls you have. If you have any questions after reading this policy, email us at privacy@allonclouds.com.

What we collect

• Account info: email, name, password hash (for email signup) or Google profile basics (for Google signup).
• Uploaded media: product photos you upload to generate ads, videos and analyses. These are stored so we can power your library and generation history.
• Generations: outputs created by our AI tools — ad images, product videos, marketing copy, blog articles, sales plans — stored under your account so you can revisit them.
• Usage events: credit charges, tool usage timestamps, plan changes and login times for billing, security and analytics.
• Payment info: handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card details — only the last 4 digits, brand and country needed for receipts and dispute resolution.
• Anonymous analytics: a randomly-generated visitor ID cookie (no IP, no fingerprint) is used to measure page views, scroll depth and the visitor-to-signup conversion rate. See our cookie section below.

How we use it

• Run the AI tools you ask for and return the outputs to your account.
• Save your library so you can return to past work.
• Process payments and apply credits to your balance.
• Improve the product — understand which features help sellers most. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• Send account-related emails (billing receipts, security alerts, password resets). Marketing emails require opt-in.

Third-party AI providers

To deliver your outputs we send the necessary inputs (your prompt and uploaded image) to specific AI providers: Google Gemini for product analysis, fal.ai for image and video generation (Flux, Kling, Hailuo, Luma), and OpenAI for select marketing-copy tasks. They process your inputs only to return outputs and according to their own privacy terms. We do not train shared foundation models on your data.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: a session token to keep you logged in, a Stripe checkout token when you buy credits, and an anonymous visitor ID (aoc_vid) that helps us measure the visitor-to-signup funnel. None of these cookies track you across other websites.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete any single generation from your library at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email privacy@allonclouds.com from the address on your account. We complete deletions within 30 days and confirm by email.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email privacy@allonclouds.com and we will respond within 30 days.
